Hillcrest Country Club Golf Course, Los Angeles, CA
Its purpose is to enable healthy, independent seniors to enjoy a lifestyle full of recreational, educational, and social activities with their peers while providing health care services. Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs) are a different type of retirement community, offering seniors a full range of lifestyle and healthcare options - from independent living to assisted living to skilled nursing care - all on one campus. Skilled nursing facilities, often called nursing homes, provide 24-hour care for those who need more immediate daily care than a supportive, assisted living arrangement. Often, these facilities also offer specialized care and housing for the unique needs of people with Alzheimer's, dementia, or related diseases.

Client & Users
Primarily for independent living seniors, the assisted living facility provides a unique combination of residential and supportive health care services for adults who no longer live alone or are no longer safe to live independently.

Assisted Living (6 people pods)

Assisted living facilities provide a special combination of residential housing and supportive health care services to adults for whom living alone or independently is no longer safe. Residents of assisted living facilities typically need additional, but limited assistance with meals, bathing and medication.

Independent Living (6 people pods)

Independent living senior communities are designed to enable healthy, independent older adults to enjoy a lifestyle filled with recreational, educational and social activities with others around the same age. These communities are often age restricted with no health care services provided on campus.
